FLOSSY
Inspired by a true story.
One Story.
One Song.
One Film.
A woman’s devotion is tested as she’s forced to confront how much of herself she’s willing to lose in pursuit of being chosen.
“I wanted to explore what it costs when we sacrifice ourselves in order to be chosen.”
ONE STORY. TWO MEDIUMS.
What began as one of the darkest chapters of my life became two expressions of the same story.
FLOSSY exists as both a song and a short film—each exploring the emotional cost of sacrificing yourself in order to be chosen.

A Letter from Kendra
I never imagined one of the darkest chapters of my life would become the foundation for a film.
For years, I carried this story in silence. Making FLOSSY became an act of reclaiming my voice—not only for myself, but for anyone who has ever mistaken self-sacrifice for love.
My hope is that this film invites audiences to reflect on the ways we seek acceptance, the stories we tell ourselves to survive and what it truly means to choose ourselves.
